Order Requirements

2) I want to publish a research paper on following SCI journel. So I need a high quality research paper.

3) Topic should be Semantic Image retrieval, (From Image Processing Area)
[Note: Don’t use (or propose) Semantic Image retrieval using Topic model. Because it is already proposed]
4) I need a novel work with details description of the methodology,
5) I also need the experimental result with the code in Matlab or Python,
6) Instruction regarding how to test the work. [Means How I can test or run the code. What the required software]
7) A also need comparison of the proposed work with the state of the art works (e.g. related recent works).
8) Research paper should be plagiarism free
9) In Research Paper you should describe the following things:
a) Introduction: Background, Motivation, Problem definition, Contributions and Novelty, advantages of using the proposed method.
b) Related Works: Literature Review and limitations of state of the art work
c) Methodology: Detail description, detail of novel algorithm. (Note: it should consists some novel work.)
d) Experimental results:
i) Experiments should be performed on benchmark dataset like: Labelme, Corel, IAPR TC12, ESP Game, Flickr photo collection.
ii) Comparison with state of the art works should be described
iii) Mean average precision of the proposed method on the Corel dataset for image annotation should be shown using graph.
iv) Comparison must be shown on graph why the proposed method is better.
