This is a suitable location because it is quiet thus, ensures a peaceful place for addicts to recover. Some of the utilities and services needed include broadband, gas, electric, accommodation services, water, washrooms, on-site gym and swimming pool.
Staffing and job description
At ABC Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center a clinical supervisor and five counselors will be recruited.
Job requirements for clinical supervisor
The center will recruit a full-time clinical supervisor for the 5 counselors. The clinical supervisor will be in charge of;
Providing direct supervision to assigned workers
Preparing yearly assessment of assigned worker
Make sure that training requirements of the assigned workers are achieved
Helping to establish effective workplace relationships

ABC Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center will be staffed with five counselors in the beginning. However, as the number of clients increase more counselors will be recruited. Every counselor will play various roles including:
Assess clients drug and alcohol issues
Identify issues while developing objectives as well as treatment plans
Teach users coping strategies
Help users find employment opportunities of reestablishing their professions
Lead therapy sessions
Provide updates and improvement reports to courts
Setting up aftercare plans
Meeting with family members and providing
Staff support strategies
When it comes to staff support strategies, counselor and clinical supervisors will work in teams. This is because a drug and alcohol center may be quite challenging, therefore, ABC Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center will work in teams to get support from the center’s administrator to be effective in their respective positions. Motivated and relaxed addition experts are likely to develop therapeutic relationships of trust, which are important for recovery (Andrews, et al., 2015). Furthermore, the staff should work in teams so as to provide comprehensive treatment to meet the needs of each patient.
Another strategy that will be used at the ABC Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center is staff development initiative. Such an initiative will include a detailed program for staff including procedures as well as policies demonstrating the roles of each staff. Moreover, the initiative will comprise of plans to address staffs training requirements; and an approach for gathering feedback on completed training.

For counselors training and supervision will include 25-hour of training yearly in different areas such as confidentiality; patient record keeping; pharmacology; counseling methods; assessment of drug and alcohol; treatment and aftercare planning; prevention of relapse; trends of drug use and ethics.
Appraisals and management will include a written training plan for every staff, based on the staff’s ability will be created yearly with the help of the supervisor. To effectively evaluate and manage the staff, each staff past training experience, current roles and performance (Katzman et al., 2014).
Measuring quality, Social inclusion strategy/ethical policies
The quality of service delivered will be measured based on the patterns of relapse and number of satisfied patients. Moreover, feedback will be necessary in understanding the center’s service delivery.
The staff will use the National association of social workers ( NASW) Code of Ethics as the basis decision making and recognizing the unique issues associated with social work and patients with alcohol and drug addiction issues (Quinn & Bussey, 2015). They will also put into consideration the needs of each patient as well as their families.
Monitoring and evaluation of work and outcome/output performance target.
Monitoring and evaluation will target performance programs to foster high-quality service provision. The center will put in place a pay-for-performance initiative to reward high performing staffs and those improving their performance considerably (Miller, Amy, & Goswami, 2014).
