Watch a feature length movie of your choice (this can be fiction or non-fiction) that has a clear leader involved in the film. Based on the leader you will want to analyze their performance and determine what made them successful/or not successful. You may want to refer to the book Deep Change and the concepts covered to support your analysis. Each person will have a very unique paper based on the individual movie and concepts selected. (The book Deep Change has many concepts that can be connected to your movie).

Guidelines: The entire paper should be 6-8 pages You should include brief overview of the movie (no more than 2 pages for the overview), the name of the leader, characteristics, traits, sex, etc. Based on your selection of books and concepts you will then have several sections to develop a leadership profile or comparison.
