1. Orally present your findings to the class
You are required to make an oral presentation of your findings to the class via a poster. Your presentation objective is to make sure you can deliver your ‘product’ to the customer. For more info, check the poster guidelines posted on BB.

2. In writing, present your findings to me
You are required to make a written report of your findings. In this report, you will demonstrate your understanding of the principles of operations management taught in class through the analysis of a case study. At a minimum, you should deliver the following:
1. Problem Statement: describe the forecasted problem and provide a complete description of the project goals. Describe of the facilities/places and state any useful information that aim to clarify the project’s scope
2. Procedure: describe the major milestones and project lifecycle /timeline. The main question to be answered is: how did you collect the data?
3. Analysis: present the data in tables and plots. Do all necessary calculations to clarify your goals and assumptions, calculate and interpret the errors, … You have to use Excel in order to get the results (you can also show your calculations)
4. Creative elements: include ideas that can add value to your project from other chapters and topics covered in the class (project management, process layout, …)-Optional
5. Conclusion: state if you have achieved your goals and draw appropriate conclusions
