Date 2012 = 375 (rationale for date so I had most up to date literature)
Peer reviewed = 214
English language = 213
Duplicates removed = 176
I then read through 176 articles and needed to narrow down the literature so I excluded = paediatric, maternity as these were specialist areas my line of work is adults so included adults = 13
3 were duplicates leaving= 10
2 excluded as they were more to do with blood sampling and did not answer research question= 8 article to be included in the literature review= 8

Hand search found nothing
(I will do the Critical appraisal skills programme analysis (CASP) tool myself as well as the matrix and include in the appendices BUT please mention this in this section).

Interpret the findings in relation to the literature reviewed in the background section
Discuss a particular theory or model that might be dominant in this area
Discuss any methodological shortcomings or flaws in the review in respect to practice, ethical aspects.
The discussion should fulfil what was stated in the introduction that you was going to do why your researchis important, where it sits contextually why it answeres the research question
Interpret and synthesise the findings in regards to the research question
Talk about limitations of the review and what you might do differently next time eg, time restraints, novice researcher, secondary data etc
