Difference in roles between leadership and management

Leadership and management roles differ. For example, management focuses on budgeting planning while leadership entails setting the right direction (Kantanen et al., 2017). Furthermore, management focuses on staffing and organizing. In contrast, leadership is responsible for aligning subordinates. Even though management
