Self-reflection and transition outcome achievement: the second part is to self-reflect on the most significant individual challenges in the transition from RPN to RN and plan evidence-based strategies to overcome your individualized challenges. Include those challenges under the concept of facilitators and inhibitors in the transition model. A rationale for each challenge must be provided and supported by a critical analysis of the relevant scholarly literature.
Describe specific activities to achieve each outcome/objective of your successful transition, with rationale/evidence for choosing these activities and a relevant critique of their feasibility and applicability to you.
