Bruno, a Spanish citizen, has been looking for work in London for 5 months without success and has now run out of money. The Department for Work and Pensions has just turned down his request for jobseeker’s allowance because, although UK citizens can claim the allowance when seeking their first job, it is only available to foreign citizens who have been made redundant in the UK, not those looking for their first job in the UK.

Chris, a Polish citizen was recently offered a job in the UK. Having done the job for only two months, the police wrote to his employer to say that proceedings were underway to deport him back to Poland where he has a criminal record for dangerous driving. Chris protests that he has already served his sentence for that offence and that he ought now to be able to get on with his new life in the UK in peace.

Dear Writer, please strongly based on EU law and relevant EU Directives like Directive 2004/38, Legislative, free movement of people. Please, do not put anything irrelevant, because I have restrictions on words-only under 1.000 words. Please advice as detail as you can, and do not be general, use exact directives.
