The objective of this assignment is to enable you to, critically reflect on your personal learning achieved during your period of business experience or placement. You are required to complete a 2000 word Reflective Report considering how your business experience has influenced or contributed towards your personal development targets. Evidence of your achievements or contributions made during your placement should be included in your report.
Your performance should be considered under the following categories of Graduate Core Competencies identified by employers:

The following questions may assist you in formulating your Reflective Report.

1.    What do you enjoy most/least about your Business Experience?

2.     What do your answers to question 1, suggest about your own values, skills and knowledge?

3.     What aspects of your experience differs from your expectations of the time working in business?

4.     What does this reveal about your strengths and weaknesses?

5.     What might you do differently in the future as a result of your reflection upon your business experience?

6.     What connections between your experience and theoretical frameworks/models can you make?
