Delinquency is common on lots of societies across the globe. The research attributes delinquency to societal factors including psychological developments and derived cultural traits that are prevalent in societies. Participants for the study, sample population from Jordan, were classified into two sample groups; the delinquent and the normal samples. The Delinquent sample group comprised of 107 participants while the normal sample group had 96 samples. Demographic factors such as age, gender, financial income, family status and levels of education among the children between the age of 14 years and 18years were explored. The study was applied based on two objectives. The first objective was to find the levels of delinquency among the delinquent sample. The second objective was to examine how delinquency differs according to the demographic variables. The study sought to discover the main triad predictors of delinquency among the participants and make a comparison between the two samples to realize how they differ in characteristics.

The study employed a self-report approach in data collection for the study through administering questionnaires and examines psychopathy, narcissism, and Machiavellian. SPSS software was used to provide a statistical analysis of the data that been collected using two scales. Delinquency scale and dark triad scale were used during both data collection and analysis. From the study, psychopathy, narcissism and Machiavellian are related with psychopathy being the main predictor of delinquency among the adolescent in Jordan. From the result, moderate delinquency is common in Jordan and both genders are susceptible to it. The demographic factors were affirmed to affect delinquency among the population with age being correlating strongly with delinquency.
