Interview a leader in your organization (or another organization) about innovation and creativity, and his or her perspectives related to how well the organization is able to make changes.

During the interview describe your study of the Innovation Biome and ask the following questions:

What do you think the role of innovation plays to attract guests/customers?
What examples do you have of recent innovation?
What tangible innovative ideas have you implemented?
Are your employees primed for innovation? Explain
Are your leaders accepting of innovation? Explain.
Is there a chance for networked development of innovative ideas? If not, would you support that?
After the interview, organize your findings and write a paper that includes the following:

The type of operation and a description of the market they serve;
Provide a rich description of their responses to each question and relate them to chapters 5-7;

Explain, in your perspective, their ability to plan for and manage business growth.
