• Briefly re-introduce your health promotion campaign topic and what the campaign is and why it would be delivered. What was the main need for the campaign.How was the campaign delivered and by who.
• Give a brief explanation of two health promotion theories e.g. social learning theory, health belief model, theory of reasoned action, stages of change model, theory of planned behaviour.
• Identify and explain the theory that most applied to your campaign, explaining why you chose it over the other theories and explain what its importance was in your chosen health promotion campaign. After completing the presentation, now do you think it was the relevant choice.
• Reflect and analyse whether your campaign was successful and had impact and value. What went well/didn’t go so well: you can base this on your class launch and presentation of the campaign.
• Analyse your own involvement in the campaign, refer back to the group action log to evaluate whether you were an effective group member. What was effective about your contributions to designing and presenting the campaign. What could you as an individual improve.
