Look into theory of investment, why people invest.

Don’t be afraid to draw up illustrations or graphs to show the
performance of PBSA when compared to other property sectors such as
Offices, Retail and Shops. On Y-axis you can do the Yield % compared to
time (X-axis).

Earlier, I planned to do an interview with a real estate broker and ask
questions that would give answers to my objectives however due to the
Covid-19 pandemic, this was impossible to do. We were told to do a risk
assessment and ethics form, signed by our supervisor. I will attach
