Summarize and reflect upon your results in a two-page double-space reflection paper. The reflection paper should include:
A brief summary of your results
What is your four-character personality type?
Which dimension(s) reflect the clearest indicator of your personality type?
Your reflection on the results
Do you agree or disagree with the results? Why?
Did anything surprise you in the results?
How has your personality changed over time?
How might your personality vary depending upon the situation?
What are the primary differences between how others see you and how you see yourself?
Your self-assessment of management skills
Compare the description of your personality assessment with the list of management skills from the text (see Table 1– Skills of
Effective Managers on page 6):
Verbal communication (including listening)
