While nothing comes on a silver platter, I intend to pursue Nurse Practice with enthusiasm, courage and resolve by being passionate in everything that concerns my career. While leading from the front, I was able to propose the adoption of the radio frequency and identification (RFID) technology. The adoption of this technology was a concerted effort that involved all the stakeholders such as patients, doctors, nurses, the subordinate staff, suppliers and the community.

And because change is often hard to come by, I took a lead to communicate the motivation behind adopting this technology to nurses, doctors, patients, the suppliers and the community.
