This is a MSc dissertation in the field of geography and environmental
management.
The topic of the study focuses on public drinking water infrastructure
and services in cities, drinking fountains to be specific.
I am expected to use case studies of New York, Rome or Paris, Bundanoon
(Australia) and Bristol. However, I am finding it difficult to find any
decent information to begin to build up each case study.
I am running out of time before my deadline and haven’t got the
timescale to finish all the other sections of the paper to a good
standard whilst also trying to dig up the required information for the
studies.

Brief history of public drinking water fountains
Current fountains in place
Law and regulation
Costs of installation and maintenance (and feasibility)
Usage levels, popularity and Sustainability
Management of services

Benefits and limitations of the methods used for the fountains
Could you also include any maps/diagrams/graphs found, at least 1 map of
the locations of the fountains per study would be ideal? Plus any
references you use.
If any other research methods are used could you please make this known
and I will cover these in my methodology.
To clarify, this is a request for a Results and Analysis section
consisting of case studies only, not for Methodology.
Please do not hesitate to get in touch with any queries regarding the
request.
