Reflection on Process
We also used standards and procedures to initiate benchmarks for all the group members to attain. In other words, serve our clients by ensuring that we deliver not only good designed T-shirts but also meet their expectations. Because if customers are satisfied, they are likely to come back again and reduce the complaints about our organisation. I learnt that in the development of a business process is of great importance to integrate standards and procedures because they help a company executive to save time as well money while enhancing efficiency.
Employees can also be effective in short time frame without necessarily wasting time, as there is laid down procedures and processes. Furthermore, procedures and processes can increase the consistency of product delivery. Nevertheless, certain process is effective compared to others. Though, they can be involving, developing business process is worthwhile and leads to positive results.
Also, workers are the pillars of a firm. This is because each employee is to some degree a part of the business process due to their input. As such, deciding and choosing the right people is vital. Decision making should be focused on the understanding of the areas since some individuals can have good working skills and lack experience and knowledge. Training programs are also crucial for each worker.
Any person that is unfamiliar with the business process with the objective of the company must train; this guarantees that all workers have similar skills and understanding of the organisational objectives.
Furthermore, I learnt that goals are necessary for the business process. Therefore, developing common goals for everybody and walking to realize them. This requires using the objectives as a foundation to realize the goals of the firm. In most cases, it implies reviewing positions or tasks. Plans are also crucial since they used to present goals clearly, quantifiable, practical and recognizable.
Consequently, it is fundamental to state individuals in charge of each task while ensuring that each is accountable for their roles. This usually performed on a regular basis to ensure that the whole process is in the right direction to attain the targets.
Business process is a formal or informal touching a wide range of elements in the organisation including customer satisfaction, workforce development, training programs, information technology among others. Irrespective of the process that firm wants to improve, the procedure remains the same.
For that reason, I learnt that business process requires that an organisation identifies the significance of change by performing an audit. The audit helps in identifying current problems a firm is likely to face. With the audits, it is then easier to prioritise areas that require improvement. However, it is also necessary to thoroughly examine how these processes influence the firm, available resources, worker, clients, suppliers and partners.
The issue of assessing the current process was also evident. In this case, I discovered that it is useful to understand the process adequately and set realistic targets. Irrespective of the tools that may be used, it of great importance to broke the process, timeframe, and factors that lead to delays (Kirchmer 2011).
For a success business process, there is need to get managements’ support, as the process depends on the management’s support. This is the time to provide the significance of the change and its effects on the company. Therefore, it is essential that management is aware of the change, and it’s useful while ensuring that they support the proposition. Since the business process is not only time-consuming but also a significant proportion of resources is needed, support from the management is vital.
Conclusion
Communication in an organisation is not only strategic but also intends to meet the practical importance. In an organisation, people communicate and interact using various structures. Communication connects a firm with exterior resources via networks and dictates evolving structures with the organisation. In the organisation, people communicate and interact based on its life cycle and the sector it operates in.
Nevertheless, the primary features of communication and interaction in start-ups are openness and cooperation. These features emerge as the organisation grows. Communication and interaction structures in the organisation emerge from the important to exchange ideas for regular operations.
Evolving communication and interaction structures in the organisation is due to strategic importance, and not the management effort to develop structures for communication. Therefore, the way in which people communicate and interact in the company has a great impact on the organisation.
Business process is essential for a new organisation or for a firm changing the way in which it performs its operations. As such, the business process is important in increasing performance, increases accuracy, flexibility, implementation, while minimising investments. However, business processes need integrating procedures and standards to enable an organisation save time, resources and maximise efficiency.
It is a useful tool for training; enhance the effectiveness of implementing customer service and consistent distribution of goods and services. When it comes to development, it entails identifying what the company aims at performing; description of process; assessing activity; and creating chart flow. A good business process has standards and procedures to enhance the consistency of product delivery.
Coming up with a product that generates sustained revenue, the firm should integrate the synergies from human capital and the process. Certain factors like Chinese culture, cuisine, history, complex language, poet, and art should be put into consideration when designing the Chinese style T-shirts.
This is large because product-related and environment-related factors on these T-shirts will have a huge bearing on the sales. With a product service structure, the company will have a competitive edge in penetrating the market by altering how their T-shirts are employed. In a nutshell, consumers’ behavior will be informed by some variables.
