issue. I hypothesize that the reasons why the company was not able to

innovation. In other words, it has failed in utilizing the two primary

solutions that the company produces to solve the issue. Samsung only
created an app that can help customers measure the performance of the
battery and detect whether the battery has a problem or not, but this
solution was not very helpful or even creative. In the end, the company
decided to stop producing the phone, and this decision look like it
chose to ignore the issue rather than finding solutions, and as a
result, the company’s reputation was severely damaged. What I think is
that Samsung’s management performed poorly in those two factors and
therefore it could not overcome the crisis.
