The paper sets out to evaluate the business strategy of Schlumberger, the world’s leading supplier of technology. The paper starts of by looking at the company’s background in terms of competitive advantage, research and engineering, products and services, the firm’s position on the health and safety of employees. To determine the company’s internal dealings, SWOT analysis was carried out. On the other hand, PESTEL analysis was used for an international strategy. In order to understand market behavior in the event of new entry, Porter’s five forces was employed to evaluate the competition. Above all, strategy implementation and management was outlined.
